Published

This weekend from the 9th to the 11th of March, all roads lead to the Feira de Cornelá, which hosts the 15th edition of Spannabis Barcelona, one of the largest fairs in the world in the field of Cannabis. The event will reveal the latest trends in the hemp industry, international cannabis conferences, without missing space for music and the usual Cannabis Cup.

The event is sponsored by Barney's Farm and has more than two hundred confirmed stands, which will be the 'home' of the most important and recognized brands in the sector, in a total of forty-eight thousand square meters of surface, dedicated exclusively to exhibition spaces. .

According to the organization, “Spannabis' international impact is already a reality; half of the companies participating in the fair are foreign, including the presence of the largest companies in the world”.

This 15th edition of the renowned fair will also feature the 6th edition of the World Cannabis Conferences, in which renowned figures from the national and international cannabis scene are expected and who will thus highlight their research and progress made in recent years. .

At Spannabis 2018, the Spannabis Awards will also be presented, which consist of the choice and recognition by the participants of the best stand, best seed bank, best nutrients, best paraphernalia product, best hemp product and best growing utensil.

Last but not least, this year there will be another edition of the Spannabis Champions Cup, the Cannabis Cup of reference at the Iberian level, in which Spanish growers and the rest of the world compete for the distinction of the best cannabis. All proceeds from the Cannabis Cup (with the exception of organization and sample analysis expenses) will be donated to the Spanish Medical Cannabis Observatory.
