Portugal legalizes adult use of cannabis with the possibility of self-cultivation
The Prime Minister of Portugal, António Costa, announced this morning that the adult use of cannabis will finally be legalized in Portugal, with the possibility of self-cultivation of up to 10 plants per residence.
