Luxembourg and Dutch ministers discuss regulation of recreational cannabis
A ministerial team from Luxembourg met with their peers in the Netherlands to discuss the experiences of the Dutch recreational cannabis project. The visit included several discussion sessions and a field visit earlier in the week. last.
