GNR: 10 months of investigation to seize 32 doses of hashish and 48 of cocaine

On November 28, the Territorial Command of Porto, through the Criminal Investigation Nucleus (NIC) of Felgueiras, arrested a 35-year-old man for drug trafficking in the municipality of Paços de Ferreira.

As part of an investigation into drug trafficking in the municipalities of Paços de Ferreira and Freamunde, which lasted about ten months, the Guard's military carried out police steps that culminated in the identification and location of the suspect. Following the police action, the suspect was arrested in flagrante delicto in possession of 48 doses of cocaine, 32 doses of hashish, four doses of marijuana and 315 euros in cash, which were immediately seized.

The detainee, with a criminal record for offenses of the same nature, was present yesterday, November 29, at the Criminal Investigation Court (TIC) of Penafiel, where the coercive measures of daily presentations were applied to the police station in his area of residence, prohibition of contact with drug addicts and places associated with the sale of narcotic products.
