Switzerland: University of Bern to host International Medical Cannabis Conference on 13 and 14 February
The International Medical Cannabis Conference Bern (IMCCB-25), which will take place on 13 and 14 February 2025 at the University of Bern, Switzerland, will bring together some of the world’s leading researchers to discuss advances in the research and application of medicinal cannabis. - Anne Katrin Schlag (Drug Science & Imperial College London, United Kingdom), which will address the topic “The Value of Real-World Evidence in Cannabis Therapies”, exploring how real-world data can shape medical regulation and practice.
- Marcus Weber (Cantonal Hospital of St. Gallen, Switzerland), who will discuss “Cannabinoids for Neurodegeneration – Fact or Fiction?”, highlighting the evidence on the use of cannabinoids in the treatment of neurological diseases.
- Sandra Carrillo (Cannabis Doctors Colombia, Colombia), a pioneering physician in clinical practice with medicinal cannabis, who will present the challenges and advances in the therapeutic application of the plant in emerging countries.
