The International Medical Cannabis Conference Bern (IMCCB-25), which will take place on 13 and 14 February 2025 at the University of Bern, Switzerland, will bring together some of the world’s leading researchers to discuss advances in the research and application of medicinal cannabis. The event, chaired by Professors Jürg Gertsch and Rudolf Brenneisen, promises to be a crucial meeting point for the scientific community, physicians and specialists in the field of medicinal cannabis, as it will highlight the scientific and clinical advances in cannabis in a medical context.

The event is structured to provide an experience rich in scientific knowledge and exchange of ideas on topics such as pharmacology, new methodologies for the study of cannabis and its active compounds, medical indications and clinical applications, use of cannabis in palliative care and chronic pain, treatment in geriatrics, psychiatry and women's health, among others.

In addition to these more scientific topics, the conference will also include some regulatory and legal considerations of cannabis, as well as its technological aspects and innovations, development of new products and technologies in the cannabis pharmaceutical industry and advanced analysis and safety techniques.
