Brazil: São Paulo hosts 4th edition of Medical Cannabis Fair from May 22nd to 24th

From May 22 to 24, 2025, Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, will host the 4th edition of the Medical Cannabis Fair, the largest B2B and B2P medicinal cannabis event in Latin America. The program includes the Brazilian Congress of Medicinal Cannabis (CBCM), which will feature more than 100 national and international speakers to address topics such as medical specialties, the endocannabinoid system, veterinary medicine, dentistry, agribusiness and technology, among others. Doctors have free admission to the event.

Dr. Ana Hounie
Psychiatrist and Brazilian representative on the APMC Advisory Board, Hounie will participate in the “MedCan Endocannabinoid System” module, discussing the role of medicinal cannabis in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period.
Dr. Flavio Geraldes Alves

- MedCan: Specialties: Focused on medical specialties, it addresses drug interactions, aesthetics and neurological diseases, with presentation of clinical cases.
- OdontoCannabis: Intended for dentistry, it presents diseases treatable with cannabis and promotes discussions on diagnosis and safe prescription.
- VetCannabis: Addresses veterinary medicine, discussing legal issues, integration with integrative veterinary medicine and use in production animals.
- Business Cannabis: Explores business opportunities in the global cannabis market, analyzing legislative and regulatory barriers.
- Agro & Tech Cannabis: Focused on the agricultural and technological production of cannabis, from seed to final product, including traceability and extraction technologies.
The fair will be open to the general public on May 22 and 23, from 09 am to 20 pm, and will be open exclusively to healthcare professionals on May 24, at the same time. Healthcare professionals can register for free for the three days of the event, while other interested parties must purchase paid tickets.
