We tested Lynx Hemp's CBD flowers

A LYNX – Hemp Products, Ltd. is a Portuguese industrial hemp cultivation company, created in 2021 by Leonardo Sousa, a young businessman who loves cannabis and hemp. Leonardo founded Lynx Hemp in the municipality of Penamacor, close to the Serra da Malcata nature reserve, where the Iberian Lynx predominates, an endangered feline animal that gave rise to the name of his company, now with a physical store in Covilhã. 

As a cannabis and hemp lover and, of course, a fan and supporter of nationally sourced products, ever since Lynx and its products began to appear on the market, I have been following its journey, having tried some of its products, namely the flowers of Hemp Beirão.

Recently, I had the opportunity to try out the new special editions, which were added to the Lynx Hemp product catalog and which were baptized with names inspired by some of the most characteristic Portuguese products, such as Pineapple from the Azores, banana from Madeira and the famous Serra cheese. You will be able to get to know them a little better in the small analyzes that we did for each one of them.

Pineapple from the Azores – 12% CBD

The flowers Pineapple from the Azores they have a semi-compact structure and a beautiful dark green hue. When analyzed under a microscope, it is possible to observe a good mixture of the various states of maturation of its trichomes, where more mature trichomes, amber in color, predominate.

During use, the flowers acquire a slightly more acidic tone, providing a slight boost of energy, making them a good option to start your day or help in those moments when you need a little more motivation to complete a task. However, it is advisable to be careful with the dosage and the amount consumed, in order to avoid any more unpleasant sensation of increased anxiety.

Serra cheese – 10% CBD

Only when they are undone is this aspect more noticeable, however, this does not detract from their quality. They have a mixture of green and slightly brownish tones, motivated not only by the abundance of pistils but also by trichomes in their most advanced state of maturation and amber color.

The aroma is predominantly earthy and with slight floral connotations, to which are added musky and slightly peppery nuances, especially at the end of each aftertaste. These CBD flowers provide a pleasant feeling of relaxation, especially in the brain, which makes them a great option for anyone looking for a way to soothe and relax their mind at the end of the day, without having to deal with the effects of THC.

In general, we can conclude that these varieties of CBD flowers from Lynx Hemp have diverse characteristics, whether in their aromas and flavors, or in their effects, allowing each person to choose according to their preferences and with a guarantee of good quality whatever the variety. Either one is a good choice for anyone looking for some of the benefits of hemp-derived products.
