Aldo Vidinha, CEO of the company, said that it intends to offer a new path of beauty and well-being, starting with our biggest organ and first defense – the skin. He also highlighted the importance of having added a qualified and multidisciplinary team to demonstrate the valences of products with Cannabidiol (CBD).
“These are products of proven quality and effectiveness”, he said, during his presentation at the Hotel Valverde, which was attended by personalities such as Francisco George, a specialist in public health and former Director General of Health, presenter Isabel Angelino or stylist Pedro Crispim.
Aldo Vidinha also highlighted the importance of science and the advancement of research, which allowed the potential benefits of using CBD to be found “shown in international clinical trials, suggesting its analgesic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and sleep-inducing potential, among many other valences”. Smart Nature’s ambition is “to be the reference and excellence brand, to create a circle of trust with consumers, but also with the scientific community, investors, researchers, health professionals and communication partners”.

Highlighting the pioneering spirit of the brand, Vidinha welcomed the fact that all Smart Nature products “have, in fact, CBD (cannabidiol) in amounts specially studied to optimize the benefits” of their use. “We have differentiated products prepared to be an asset in beauty and well-being care, also adding beneficial properties to the improvement of our health care, starting with our skin.”
Smart Nature has scheduled training for around 200 health professionals at the Hotel Ramada, in Lisbon, on the 13th of November. “For us, it is important to meet the consumer, understand their needs and expectations, so we will have health professionals as partners, who will also be our face and reliable interlocutor. We want to offer excellent training to help healthcare professionals – such as doctors, pharmacists, nurses and physiotherapists, to unlock the potential of our products”.
Vidinha concluded by saying that, in the future, there may be “more competitors, different, complementary, but they will not emerge better”. Smart Nature products, which include creams, lotions, shampoos, lipsticks or oils, are available in pharmacies and parapharmacies.
