Diamantino Regueiras de Carvalho, a Portuguese truck driver who had been reported missing in Spain since August 15, has already been found. The man is detained in France, after an inspection that resulted in the seizure of 77 kg of hashish in the container he was transporting.

The Portuguese man had been missing since August 15th and was already in a page created by the Spanish Association SOS Desaparecidos, after an alert given by the family two weeks ago. However, the truck driver had been detained in France, in an inspection, with a load of 77 kg of hashish. The contents were hidden beneath a few dozen bales of straw and were valued at 7 million euros.

Notice of the disappearance of Diamantino Regueiras de Carvalho was thus deactivated, as soon as the family received the news that he would be in prison, after being intercepted at a customs post, on August 16, in the city of Arles, in the south of France. He will now serve a six-year prison sentence and will not be able to return to France for the next five years.
